As we ship perishable products our shipping is a little different. Please carefully read our FAQs and if you have questions about where we deliver and how we pack our orders please email our team at info@pepesaya.com. Please note, delivery days are subject to change and we do not deliver on national holidays.
Free delivery for orders over $80
$10 flat rate delivery fee for order $60 - 80
$18 flat rate delivery fee for orders under $60

WHERE DOES PEPE SAYA DELIVER TO?
We currently deliver to NY, CT and PA. We will be expanding our deliveries.
CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN DELIVERY DAY?
Please reply to your order confirmation email with this request and we will endeavor to meet this request if possible.
CAN YOU ADD A CARD TO MY ORDER?
Yes, we are happy to add a card if you are sending a gift. Please write it in your order notes in the cart before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving without the card. We do not gift wrap, sorry.

HOW DOES PEPE SAYA PACK ITS PRODUCTS?
Your Pepe Saya products are packed carefully in specially designed packaging and with ice (when necessary).
CAN YOU PACK MY ORDER INTO MULTIPLE BOXES?
We can do this, however there are additional charges at times due to the shipping and packaging costs, dependent on the location. If you would like us to do this please request it in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email.
CORPORATE OR BULK ORDERS?
If you are ordering 10 or more deliveries you can email our team and we can organize this - info@pepesaya.com.
HOW MUCH PRODUCT CAN YOU SHIP IN ONE ORDER?
We only ship orders under 10kg
